The Last Shed π₯
A 4-hour women's ceremony held two days before the Lunar New Year β right as eclipse season begins to stir.
This is a safe container for women to gently and progressively discover themselves through the breath and guided & free-form movement allied with Mama Ganja.
Expect anatomy/physiology education, ganja guidelines, nervous system regulation, ancestral breathwork, primal sound & movement, dance, and mirror work.
Beyond fixing or performing, but truly exploring what it means to be a human, taking up space, making noise, moving at your pace, and being unapologetically you.
We welcome you under the Waning Crescent moon to ground with nature (rain or shine), then move into a moody studio to unleash your unapologetic expression.
This is the last shed before the Fire Horse year begins.
Release what was never yours to carry.
Enter the new year in fresh skin β grounded, expressed, and free.
