Transformation rarely happens one initiative at a time. Managing several at once—without losing control—is the real challenge. As companies scale, modernize technology, adopt new operating models, and prepare for their next stage of growth, audit, accounting, technology, risk, and compliance leaders face increasingly interconnected questions: How do you manage risk effectively with a rapidly changing business? Where can you enable speed without introducing unnecessary risk? And how do you build the capabilities needed for what comes next—including public-company readiness? Join PwC during Tech Week for a candid roundtable with peers navigating transformation across finance, technology, risk, and compliance. We’ll explore practical lessons from the field, including how leading organizations are managing overlapping initiatives, adapting their risk and control environments, and balancing innovation with accountability. We’ll also look ahead at the decisions companies should be making now to build greater resilience, support continued growth, and prepare for the expectations that come with operating at scale. Come for real-world insights, open peer discussion, and practical ideas for navigating change with greater confidence. This event is a part of #LATechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem. Learn more at www.tech-week.com.
