Join sex educator and author Niki Davis-Fainbloom for the official NYC launch of Fetish: Smash Taboos and Celebrate What Turns You On—an immersive evening exploring desire through storytelling, science, live shibari, and playful surprises. How does something ordinary become intensely erotic—and what can our most unusual turn-ons teach us about desire? Drawing on hundreds of studies, interviews, and an original survey of 260 people, Niki will take attendees on a scholarly romp into the world of unique desires and offer insights into what makes us all uniquely weird—and therefore totally normal—humans. The evening will include: • A short reading and conversation with Niki • A screening of a short fetish documentary • Live performances • An interactive, anonymous “secret desires” experience • A raffle, drinks, mingling, and more playful surprises • Books available for purchase and signing Niki Davis-Fainbloom is a sex educator, writer, researcher, and coach who has led more than 500 workshops for organizations including Planned Parenthood, NYU, and the United Nations.
