CARE WEEK DETAILS

Care Week 2026 is dedicated to giving our neighbors ease and we are kicking it off with a party inspired by the Sunday family gatherings we grew up with and the energy of Los Sures. Donate at the link above but honestly, we prefer to see your faces so pop in Sunday July 26th and donate IRL. <3 Doors will be open all day, music spilling onto the street, our signature agua de jamaica with a little piquito and the snacks you always see at our events (spicyyyyy). Pop in, bring a friend, and love up on the community for a bit. A lot of our neighbors who work in mutual aid, working parents, educators, nurses, and caretakers experienced extra challenges over the last year. As their hairdressers we saw them respond to this by protecting the most vulnerable and continuing vital work in their communities. We invite you to join us in giving them ease. We have matched each caretaker with a holistic healer and are raising funds to provide massages, acupuncture, manicures, pedicures, and sound baths. These services will be provided by small businesses and we would like to pay each of them instead of asking anyone to donate their time or services.
