Strong moms, this one’s for you! Join us for a workout designed specifically for current and expecting mamas, led by Jen, a physical therapist and mom of two. This class focuses on strength training and conditioning tailored to the season of life you’re in. Kids are absolutely welcome, chaos included. This is a space where you can move your body, build strength, and not worry about everything being perfectly controlled. After the workout, stick around to hang, let the kids play, and connect with other moms. You might just leave with a new friend or your next playdate lined up.
