Hello Hello! Thank you for joining us on this culinary adventure! We are so excited for this opportunity to sit down and enjoy a meal together. What is hot pot? Hot pot is a communal dining experience where diners cook an assortment of raw ingredients—such as thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles—in a pot of simmering, flavorful broth placed at the center of the table. What will be provided? The soup, raw ingredients, and some seltzer waters will be provided. What should I bring? Feel free to bring a dessert to share – please sign up in the Google doc linked above. What if I have dietary restrictions? If you have any dietary restrictions, please list them in the Google doc linked above and we will try to accommodate you. Keep in mind, this will be a communal dining experience where multiple people will sharing one pot of soup to cook, so please take that into consideration. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
