His clients include founders/executives, mid/late stage venture capital professionals and family offices. He advises on all the institutional areas in the venture backed startup lifecycle including corporate treasury, bespoke lending, venture & growth fundraising, institutional liquidity solutions, tenders/buybacks, capital markets and IPO/exit readiness. Rahul started his career in corporate finance working at technology, real estate, and media companies before transitioning to financial services at Bank of America’s Private Bank. At Bank of America, Rahul served as a Private Client Advisor, leading a team of portfolio managers, trust & estate planning professionals and lending specialists for ultra high net worth client clients and their families. Rahul then moved to Deutsche Bank’s International Private Bank as a Private Banker leading a team that worked with ultra high net worth clients managing their global assets. Rahul also advised corporate clients in the technology, real estate, healthcare and industrials verticals in investment banking, lending and global markets execution activities. Clara Vydyanath is Managing Director, Special Projects at AngelList and Cofounder and Managing Partner of Underline Capital, a growth-stage active-venture fund. She has spent close to a decade in private capital markets across primaries, secondaries, co-investments, and liquidity solutions, with more than $7B in transacted volume. At Hiive, she grew AUM from zero to over $1B across 150+ funds. She previously ran a fund-of-funds at Equi, built investment infrastructure at Forge Global, and began her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse and principal investments at JPMorgan. Clara is a CFA charterholder and CPA based in New York, and writes about secondaries, late-stage investing, and fund infrastructure.] Eve Denton is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Dark Pool Capital, a San Francisco-based investment firm focused on late-stage private company secondaries. She leads investments across high-growth technology companies and works closely with founders, shareholders, and institutional investors on liquidity solutions and direct secondary transactions. Previously, she was a Vice President at G Squared and held roles at Metric Theory and Epic. Eve earned her MBA from London Business School and graduated from Hamilton College with a double major in Government and Chinese. Tim Taylor is a super connector (like a real one) & the Director of Business Development at Kranz Consulting which provides fractional ops/acct'g/fin services to Private Capital firms and Start-Ups from Seed+ to Exit. He is a Wharton MBA and worked previously for KPMG & Schwab before becoming Dir of Bus Dev at Wine.com. He's also worked with start-ups for over 25 years helping them build content for investor presentations.
