Since it’s the month of Thanksgiving, I’d love for everyone to come ready to share something they’re grateful to have learned while working in the industry. It doesn’t have to be profound — even the smallest takeaway can make a big impact on how someone approaches their next job. Remember, whether you’ve been on countless sets or just a few, your experience matters and someone in the room can learn from you.
