We’re backkkkk for another round…and this one’s just a taste of what’s coming 🌊✨ Pull up for Hustle & Flow: Beach Edition—your sneak peek into the Mallorca Method vibe before we take it international. We’re starting with a 1 mile run along the shore (walk option available, this is about showing up, not pace). Mercedes leads a 30 minute bodyweight mat workout to get you sculpted right on the sand, then Mikayla grounds you with a nourishing yoga flow, and we’ll close it all out with a sound bath as the ocean hums behind the bowls. This is Hustle & Flow at home. But we’ve got something bigger brewing.
