Most exit readiness programs focus on financials. This one focuses on you. The number one barrier women cite to exiting their business is not valuation. It is identity. Who am I without this company? Do I deserve this exit? The founders who exit on their own terms, who convert what they have built into lasting wealth, started thinking about it long before they were ready to sell. This workshop is for established women founders who are scaling, not selling. Yet. Guided by three experts who have lived and worked every dimension of the exit, this workshop moves established women founders through a structured framework addressing the psychosocial, emotional, identity, financial, and operational work that determines whether a woman actually exits or just keeps building past the point she should have stopped.
