◕‿◕Tritons, we’re back. On June 19th, we’re hosting UC San Diego Appreciation Night in NYC — not in some bland event space, but in the hidden speakeasy behind Fillmore Deli, where the lights are low, the food is hot, and the conversations are real.
This isn’t your typical networking mixer. It’s an evening for alumni who still play to win — on the board, in their careers, and in life. We’ll swap stories, share hard-earned advice, play a few board games (competitive streaks welcome), and connect over some good food. Game-night champions take home prizes, bragging rights included.
And because it’s Juneteenth, we’ll also be taking a moment to reflect on what this day represents — the ongoing pursuit of freedom, equity, and opportunity. In that spirit, we’ll celebrate not just where we came from, but the community we’re building here in New York — diverse, driven, and ready for what’s next.
