Dreaming with Herbs- 3 part workshop
Dreaming with Herbs is a three-part offering centered on observing your relationship with an herb through the dreamworld.
Part One: Herb Exploration (2/12, 7:30-8:30 pm)
In the first gathering, we will explore a single herb. We will begin with a grounding meditation while tasting the herbal infusion, observing what arises through taste, smell, touch, and the senses.
The class will then move into learning about the herb’s history, traditional ways of working with it, and its folklore.
Part Two: Dreaming with Herbs (2/12, 8:30-9:30 pm)
After the herb class concludes, workshop participants will stay for an additional session focused on dreaming with herbs, guided by Elise of Rainbow Serpent Dreamers. We’ll explore ways to intentionally work with herbs in relation to dreams.
Part Three: Dream Share (2/26, 7:30-9:30 pm)
We’ll gather again two weeks later for an intimate dream-sharing circle over tea, reflecting on our experiences dreaming with the herb. This gathering will be hosted in Elise’s backyard and is designed as a cozy, reflective space for integration and connection.

(Including 3 classes and 1 oz of herbs)
Part One Herb Class only: $20
We encourage you to begin building a relationship with the mystery herb before the first class on 2/12, you’re welcome to RSVP for the full workshop. We’ll coordinate pickup of 1 oz of the mystery herb ahead of time.
