Release & Renew: Wellness for Healthcare Providers

This virtual holistic wellness workshop is designed specifically for healthcare providers (of any specialty) to reflect on 2024, identify what no longer serves them, and intentionally let it go. Through guided exercises, mindfulness practices, and rejuvenating techniques, you'll leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and re-inspired to bring your best self back to work.
Event Itinerary:
ACUPRESSURE: Learn simple, effective self-massage techniques to release tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation by stimulating key acupressure points on the body. This practice empowers you to restore balance and improve your overall well-being.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT (QIGONG): Experience gentle, flowing movements combined with focused breathing to harmonize your energy, calm your mind, and build resilience. This ancient practice is a powerful tool for grounding and centering.
BREATHING MEDITATION: Discover how intentional, mindful breathing can instantly reduce stress and enhance mental clarity. This practice helps you let go of negativity and step into a state of calm awareness.
