Most workshops leave you with notes. This one leaves you with a shipped plan, an app that keeps you on track, and a date your future attendees can already RSVP to. For 2 hours, 100 people log in together and plan their first tech event, live. Not in a Google Doc you'll forget about. In a custom app built for exactly this, with your own profile, your own plan, and automated follow-ups that won't let you ghost yourself. How it works: Before the session, you get access to your profile in the app. During the session, I walk you through each module on Zoom and you fill it in live: your city, your niche, your date, your venue shortlist, your first invite list, your sponsor ask.
