THE PLAN:
7-7:15: arrive, hang out
7:15: optional drinking of shots for liquid courage (cheers), circle where each person talks about what they need to be forced to do
Rest of evening: 25min timeboxed work sessions where, between each one, we go around and say how the last one went and what we plan to do for the next one
9pm: each person says what they accomplished and we clap for each person
