Join Morgan & Kate for an evening of movement and community! 35 minutes of mat pilates, followed by 25 minutes of gentle yoga, stretch, and meditation. After class, tea will be provided for a cozy end to the evening. Feel free to linger and make a friend or two. WHEN: Sunday, October 5th 5:30 - 6:30pm Pilates & Yoga 6:30 - 7:00 Tea & Mingle WHERE: Rotary Glen Park There is a parking lot and you can find us on the west lawn, closest to Crestview Drive. COST: This is a donation-based event. All funds go directly to support your teachers. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Come and enjoy 🤍 Donations can be made via Venmo or Cash Suggested donation: sliding scale $10 - $25 WHAT TO BRING: DRESS WARM. Forecast is 60° and gets cooler from there. Water, comfortable clothing for movement; socks, sweater, layers in the cooler temps. BYO mat, or borrow one from us! BYO mug/thermos for tea if you can! Mugs will also be provided if need be.
