Cinema De Bleu returns on June 26 at 7:30 PM for an evening of independent film, conversation, and community at Create ATL (900 Murphy Ave SW). Hosted by Blue Room Studios and presented as a Creatives After Dark Production, this special edition is curated by Max Lloyd and centers on the theme of Men’s Mental Health.
The program showcases a collection of films that explore identity, vulnerability, healing, and the lived experiences of Black men through powerful storytelling and authentic perspectives. Featured works include My Friend, The Poet by Max Lloyd, Pocket Full of Blues by Joc Traylor, My Brother’s Keeper by Maya Pratt, and Take Me Black Vol. 1 by Antoine Jamal.
More than a screening, Cinema De Bleu is a space for artists, filmmakers, and community members to connect through meaningful dialogue and shared experiences. Join us for an inspiring night of cinema that highlights the power of film to spark conversation, build understanding, and foster community.
