The holidays can be complicated, especially if you are navigating infertility, IVF, loss, or trying to conceive.
Join Oshun Griot and Black (in)Fertility Awareness Week for an afternoon of rest, reflection, and community care. This gathering centers Black, Brown, Indigenous, and Asian people navigating fertility, loss, or the emotional weight of the season. It is open to everyone.
We will slow down together with a guided sound and meditation session, a therapist-led conversation about fertility and grief, and an honest Q&A about how to care for yourself through the holidays. Guests can also enjoy ear acupressure, tea and self-care stations, and lunch in community.
Expect a calm, welcoming space to breathe, connect, and simply be. No pressure to be positive, no need to have it all figured out. Just warmth, care, and community.
🎟️ Free to attend | Lunch included
Hosted by Oshun Griot, a wellness and storytelling platform dedicated to reshaping the fertility journey through culture, care, and community and Black (in)Fertility Awareness Week, a national campaign uplifting Black stories of infertility, rest, and reproductive justice.
