Día de la independencia de México Volume III ! It’s that time of the year ! We’re back celebrating Mexico this time @thecactusshopnyc This event is intended to celebrate the lesser known qualities of the Mexican culture. The rules ? No Palomas. No margaritas. No tacos. No agave spirits. We’re here to show you that being Mexican is more than a Cliche it’s diversity in flavor, music and more. Behind the bar: @pau_humphrey @gee.andthetins Behind the turntable: @amoresnyc 8pm-11pm A percentage of proceeds will be going to the @streetvendorproject to help them, help those in our communities that need it the most. Vendors are what makes the Mexican experience whole. It’s deeply rooted in the culture. So we chose to help them with their cause to help the street vending community.
