You have traction. Now several next moves look plausible:
A new customer. A new market. Another channel. A pricing or monetization change. A senior hire. A new product bet. Doubling down on what already works.
The hard part isn't finding opportunities. It's deciding which one deserves the next dollar, hire or quarter, and what should wait.
Your Next Growth Move is a hands-on working session for founders who want to think through a real growth choice facing their company. This is a working session, not a panel or lecture.
You'll work on your own company first. A few founders will work through their choice live with Nico Fara, while everyone else applies the same questions to their own company.
You may leave more confident in the move you came in with. You may change it. You may realize there's one thing you need to prove first. That's the point.
Who this is for:
Founders and CEOs who already have something working and are deciding what deserves resources next, whether they're building in the U.S. or expanding into it.
