Calling all runners! Aspiring runners or walkers, too. Arrive at 6:30pm sharp for a brief pre-workout stretch and introductions. We will then split into 2 groups: runners/joggers, and walkers. You are free to do a solo run, as well - we respect your injury prevention and training goals.
At 7:30, we will meet for a post-workout dinner or beers (exact location will be sent 24 hours before the event, to all approved RSVPs:)
You can even arrive fashionably late and join us for dinner or beers - we don’t judge 😆
