Join us for a special Medicine Music Open Mic in honor of International Women’s Day, a day that uplifts the voices, resilience, and wisdom of women around the world. 💜🌿 This day is a reminder of the strength, creativity, and healing power that women bring to our communities, our families, and the Earth. It is a time to honor the sacred feminine within all of us and the many ways we express it—through song, through prayer, and through the ways we care for one another. 🌎✨
🎶 What is medicine music? It is music that heals, uplifts, and connects us to spirit, the Earth, and each other. Whether sung in gratitude, devotion, or remembrance, these songs carry the power of transformation and deep resonance.
🌟 Co-hosting this gathering with The Medicine House is Eres Medicina, a collective of musicians and healers devoted to the power of song as a tool for healing and connection. Together, we are weaving a space of song, ceremony, and community, where music becomes a bridge between worlds and hearts.
🎤 Open Mic + Jam Session
This open mic is a space for all voices to bring forth medicine songs, prayers, and offerings from the heart. After the open mic, we will open the space for an improvisational jam session, where we can co-create and flow together in sound and rhythm. 🎶🔥
💫 This is a donation-based event—all contributions support the continuation of these gatherings and the musicians sharing their gifts.

We welcome original songs, traditional medicine songs, and heartfelt offerings that uplift and inspire. Anything that is medicine to YOU, is medicine for us all.
As a reminder, After the open mic, we’ll flow into an open jam session, where we can co-create and connect through sound. 🎶🔥

What to bring:
🔹 Bring a comfy seat (cushion/blanket) as we’ll be on the floor. There are chairs for those who need it! Just let us know when you get there.
🔹 Bring a mug for tea—limited mugs available.
🔹 Doors open at 6:30 PM—come early to sign up if you’d like to share!
🌿 Help build our altar! Bring flowers, sacred items, incense, or photos to honor the women in our lives.
