Class begins with a 45 min Pilates based mat stretch led by certified Instructor Cheyenne. These stretches will prepare you for the skate moves we will be working on this day. Bring a yoga mat/towel, these will not be provided.
Skate class is lead by @dance.skate Instructor, Alyssa. The lesson will be the break down of crazy legs, if you came to the previous class you learned one of the moves needed to accomplish crazy legs. We will learn the rest today!
