Summit Strong is an hour-long live virtual session with Pelvic Floor and Mountain Sports PT, Dr. Kaeli Beckham. This is followed with access to the self-paced Pelvic Floor Birth Prep Course. The course was created for the Mountain Mamas, Weekend Warriors, trail runners, climbers, skiers, bikers, hikers, and movement-loving moms who are wondering: "How much do I have to give up to become a mother? And how can I stay healthy, active and prepared through this transformation?" Together with pelvic floor specialist, Dr. Kaeli Beckham, we’ll talk through how to support your body through pregnancy so you can keep doing what you love for as long as it feels good — with a clear understanding of what to watch for, when to modify, and how to move forward with more confidence. We’ll talk about the pelvic floor, pregnancy-safe movement considerations, and how to prevent common symptoms like leaking, coning, back pain, and pelvic heaviness. The full course goes on to cover how to prepare for your ideal delivery and reduce the risk of pelvic floor injury. This is practical guidance to help you move through this season feeling strong, informed, and still very much you.
