Open Studio Weekend

The Atlanta Arts Alliance, a group of small to mid-sized organizations anchored in the visual arts, proudly announces the first city-wide Open Studio Weekend taking place Friday, September 29 through Sunday, October 1, 2023. Open Studio Weekend is a city-wide celebration of the visual arts and the creative process. This self-guided tour features a range of artists from hobbyists to emerging artists to established artists. Across the city, participating artists will welcome guests to visit their studios to showcase their work, learn about their creative process, and participate in the vibrant arts ecosystem in Atlanta. The Atlanta Arts Alliance website hosts a list of participating artists, schedule of open studios, an easy to navigate map of studios, and everything needed for planning a weekend of studio visits across the city. The weekend also includes two community events to help further the goals of the Atlanta Arts Alliance, bolstering the arts community and supporting artists so that they can thrive. Saturday, September 30 at 2:00 pm at Eyedrum will host a panel discussion about the state of the arts in Atlanta. A closing Arts Industry party will be held Sunday, October 1 at 6:00 pm at MINT Gallery.
