(Founder, ILG Consulting LLC) Ilana Lam Gotlib assists medical device startups with fundraising strategies, corporate partnerships, and exit planning. She previously served as Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development for Stryker’s Digital, Robotics and Enabling Technologies division, following key roles at Philips and Johnson & Johnson. Ilana began her career as a medical malpractice litigation attorney, offering a unique perspective across healthcare law and corporate M&A. Jim Duronio (Sr. Director, Business Development, Hologic, Inc.) Jim Duronio leads M&A transactions, technical scouting, and early-stage innovation partnering for Hologic’s Surgical division. He has successfully executed multiple corporate acquisitions, including Acessa, Bolder Surgical, and Gynesonics. Prior to his business development career, Jim spent over 20 years in medical device product development specializing in minimally invasive gynecological surgical tools.
