This is the launch of Sol*, Solace's photobook capturing the overlooked stories of the DMV. To celebrate, we're throwing the one: a live DJ competition where six of the DMV's best go head to head and the crowd decides who takes it.
Live graffiti wall. Curated vendor marketplace. Special guest performance by Ghetto Blasters. A full bar. 180 people who actually pull up.
On view: Migrāre, an art installation on the human experience of immigration, built in partnership with CASA. 20% of every Sol* photobook sold goes directly to CASA's work with immigrant and working-class communities across the DMV.
