Join The Collective Fare for a DIRTY SOUTH x SOUTHEAST ASIAN BBQ COOKOUT with our friends at Sauced in Williamsburg! Chef Ryan McSherry and Em Gái will be featuring a fun Labor Day pop-up menu that joyfully harmonizes the influences of their roots. Food proceeds will be benefitting Rescue City, an amazing Brooklyn-based dog rescue dedicated to providing temporary loving homes to dogs in need until they find their forever homes. There will be puppies onsite for cuddling (and to foster and adopt!!), iconic Y2K portraits with @manmeet.misc, DJ @hollishollishollis will be spinning tracks to groove to, and we may have some more fun surprises.
