The City Slam is back, Sunday May 31st, at Lore Speakeasy and Escape Room featuring Danielle Helena.
Berkeley-based singer/songwriter Danielle Helena has been creating music and performing all her life. As a child of 90's R&B and her parents' "oldies" collection, her sound is the lovechild of many genres--the heart of it is soul, and there is always a rhythm with an essence of blues. She recently released a new project exclusively on her website available to stream and download called Made With Hella Love: Volume 1 produced by Jim Greer. Sign ups for the Slam begi 6pm, and the show begins at 7pm. Following the Slam, we will have the experimenta Open Mic until last call.
Must be 21+ to attend.
