Hi All! I've been hosting a small weekly Muay Thai class in Flushing the past couple weeks and it's actually been really fun with great feedback, so figured I'd throw it out here in case anyone's interested. It's super beginner-friendly, as most people are just trying it out for the first time. No heavy bags yet, so it's more technique, partner drills, light pad work, and a good sweat. Venmo @palaceathletic before RSVP $24 for the class $8 for hand wraps (optional) TIME: Arrive by 6:30pm Start around 6:40-6:45pm 50 minute class if there’s enough interest, we can add an extra class afterwards! Also, let us know what other days and times we should consider hosting 😄
