You’ll hear from David Robinson, President, North America and Americas Customer Success Functions @ SAP, alongside Insight Partners' Managing Director, George Mathew, on where these capabilities are already creating impact, how to approach risk and governance, and what lies ahead. The session will be moderated by Patrick Kulp, Senior Tech Reporter at the Morning Brew.
Following the discussion, we’ll host a startup showcase featuring three companies. Each will present their business, take part in a live conversation with leaders from SAP and Insight Partners, and then open the floor for audience Q&A.
