Come move, sweat, and build strength together! This pop-up workout is a full-body session designed for everybody — whether you're lifting for the first time or you're a seasoned gym-goer looking to switch up your routine. We'll work through functional strength movements that challenge you at your own pace, with modifications and progressions for every fitness level. No pressure, no judgment — just good energy, great music, and a group of people showing up for themselves and each other. Bring water, a mat if you've got one, and your best energy.
