On Saturday, May 18th, we will be hosting our 4th Community Yoga/Meditation Beach Clean Up! ๐
The day will begin at 8:30 at Valparaiso Plaza Park in Long Beach. (I know itโs early, It will be worth it! ๐๐ผ)
8:30-10ish -An accessible and slow yoga flow and sound bath meditation will be led by Leo Goodmanson.
10-10:30ish- Walk down the path to the parking lot, mingle and enjoy coffee and treats sold by WavyDavesCoffee
10:30-12ish- Clean up the beach! Bags and gloves and limited grabbers are provided
