Connect with your body & mind Connect with your community Connect with your home On Saturday, May 18th, we will be hosting our 4th Community Yoga/Meditation Beach Clean Up! 🌞 The day will begin at 8:30 at Valparaiso Plaza Park in Long Beach. (I know it’s early, It will be worth it! 🙏🏼) 8:30-10ish -An accessible and slow yoga flow and sound bath meditation will be led by Leo Goodmanson. 10-10:30ish- Walk down the path to the parking lot, mingle and enjoy coffee and treats sold by WavyDavesCoffee 10:30-12ish- Clean up the beach!
