Join us for an open mic outside at Vermont Triangle as part of the PorchFestLA's Sundays Before Sunset! Sign-ups will start at 3:45pm, with our mic starting at 4pm. Each person gets 2 minutes or one piece of writing (whatever comes first!). This is an open mic, feel free to bring your first drafts, your free writes, your work-in-progresses! This is about sharing your voice and is not a polished performance. This is about gathering after five days of writing together, and a safe space to share what you wrote. All types of writing and artforms welcome. Feel free to show a picture, bring an instrument, or read from your journal.
