E. 82 & 5th Ave ✨ We’ll walk together in silence while being led through a beautiful path in Central Park 🌱 Taking in all the sights & sounds around us allowing our minds to slow down 😌 Then, we will do some light yoga & stretching 🧘‍♀️🧘🙏🏼✨ Followed by coffee and community at a local cafe ☕️ *no yoga experience required *no yoga mats needed
