VISCOSITY is a celebration of what is slow. feral as honey, the internal friction that keeps what is important together. it is also a whole week of "slow sessions" big and small for mar's bday. VISCOSITY on OCT 9 is the week's high point, a public reading and showcase of what you have been finding slowly: bring a poem, a song, a stand-up set, etc that speaks to the theme. location is tbd but I wanted to get this out there - if you have a location in mind hmu hehe :) slow sessions include: OCT 5: family dinner OCT 6: jazz night (Plantoem, 7pm) OCT 8: karaoke (Top of the Hill, 9pm) OCT 9: VISCOSITY reading + open mic (TBD) OCT 10: beach picnic (12pm, Pohakupuna) and online story circle (zoom, TBD) ****See website for full happenings!**** https://marmizunaka.com/viscosity mar
