The National Gallery of Art's after-hours series goes spooky for Monster Mash. Hear DC funk-pop band Oh He Dead live, hunt for the museum's eeriest artwork, and make your own art to take home. Come in costume! Admission is free, but registration is by lottery and entering doesn't guarantee a spot. Your Partiful RSVP does not register you.
