I invite you to join me, MJ from @groundingin_space, for a relaxing sound bath at The Hyangle Fine Art Company, owned by Stephen Williams, a San Diego-based abstract painter and certified art therapy practitioner.
I am so very grateful to host a sound bath in this space dedicated to art, expression, wellness, and culture in the San Diego community.
This immersive sound meditation is an invitation to relax, rest the thinking mind, and cultivate a sense of ease using just your awareness.
We will ease you into a meditative state starting with herbal tea and time for reflection/journaling before we embark on a journey inward.
All are welcome and no experience is necessary.
Bring your yoga mat, a blanket/pillow, journal and anything you need to feel comfortable while we hold space for your rest and peace of mind.
When: Wednesday June 10, 2026
Where: 710 13th Street, San Diego 92101
Time: 7:00 - 8:30 (Sound bath starts at 7:20)
Suggested Donation: Sliding scale $11-33 (Pay what you can, donations welcome in person as well)
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time to find parking and get settled.
