The Cuddle Lab is an experiential workshop where you'll explore consent, communication, boundaries, and platonic touch in a welcoming, supportive environment. This experience is for anyone who wants to build social confidence, strengthen their relationships, become more comfortable asking for what they need, practice healthy boundaries, or simply experience the warmth of intentional human connection. There is no pressure to cuddle or participate in any activity that doesn't feel right for you. Every exercise is optional, and you're always encouraged to honor your own boundaries while respecting the boundaries of others. Whether you're attending for the first time or returning to continue your journey, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are. Come prepared to learn, connect, and discover new ways of relating—with yourself and with others.
