Hudson Wilder has invited me to join their Ephemeral Matter series for a weekend residency at their gallery & cafe! Their current series is all about exploring each pastry chef’s own culture and destinations of inspiration, so I’ll be serving up some special French-Punjabi fusion treats inspired by my recent travels to Amritsar and Paris 💌 Menu: Firni (rice flour cardamom, rose, saffron, & pistachio custard) filled eclairs with a Stesh pistachio glaze & Gulab jamun inspired madeleines Their space is a gorgeous sun lit gallery, store, & cafe and I hope to see you all filling it 💌🦢 Also thank you Michelle for the beautiful poster!
