After a short hiatus… we’re BACK 😈
We are beyond stoked to bring the magic to life once again! The hysteria, the summer madness, the bass echoing through the trees, the chaos that somehow ties it all together… it’s all coming back... and as always we're dialing it up to a whole new level 😎
For those new to our community, Back to Bassix was founded well over a decade ago and is ultimately based on one key principle:
Take an extended break from real life and get “back to the basics” of good old fashioned summertime fun.
Which to us includes spending time in the sun and nature with close friends and family, camping, swimming, creating seismic waves with delightfully unnecessary stacks of subwoofers… and possibly shotgunning a beer or two 😉

This year we are excited to announce a fully reimagined iteration of the event…
We’re headed to a brand new venue: Fox & Sparrow, an RV resort nestled in the El Dorado Hills, right in the heart of Gold Country.
And in true Gold Country fashion… we’re leaning into an Old West theme!
Dust off the boots, cowboy hats, bandanas, saloon fits...however you interpret it. Channel your inner rave cowboy / cowgirl 🤠

Built-in outdoor stage for live acts 🎤
A second bar stage for DJs that will go late into the night 🌙
Tons of space for tent camping + RVs

Stumpy Meadows Reservoir is a pristine alpine lake just ~10 minutes away. Think crystal clear water, floating all day, then heading back for sunset sessions → music → late night chaos.

$40 — Full weekend (per adult)
$20 — Single day pass
$20 — Under 18 (full weekend)
All proceeds go directly toward making the event happen. Venue, sound, infrastructure, talent, and all the extra bs.
Space is limited → RSVP ASAP.
