His work focuses on the convergence of vertical software, AI, and automation—areas where domain expertise meets technical innovation to unlock entirely new business models. At Alumni Ventures, Wesley is a Partner, where he leads investments at the intersection of deep tech and sector-specific applications. He is particularly interested in companies developing AI-native software and robotics platforms that drive efficiency and transformation in complex industries. His sector focus includes healthcare, legal, manufacturing, logistics, and financial services, where purpose-built solutions are often required to deliver impact.
KP Reddy - Founder and General Partner of Shadow Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on technology for the built environment. With a background as a serial entrepreneur, civil engineer, and author, KP has led multiple exits and is a prominent thought leader in construction tech and AI. He’s a speaker at global conferences and is passionate about bridging the gap between innovation and practical application in the AEC industry.
Sarah Romanko - Geek Ventures. She focuses on deal sourcing, startup screening, and investment analysis, with experience across several VC firms as well as roles at Bulletpitch and WingDriver (Techstars ’23), giving her a well-rounded perspective on both venture and startup operations.
Karen Sheffield - Founder & Managing Partner at Pachamama Ventures, investing in early-stage climate tech. An operator-turned-investor with a background at American Airlines, PepsiCo, and Visa, she’s an active angel and advisor passionate about uncovering opportunities in unlikely places.
Dave Goldblatt - Dave Goldblatt is a GP at Vibe Capital, which invests in pre-consensus deep tech focused on AI infra, robotics, advanced manufacturing, and space. Before Vibe, he was at Meta (Facebook) from 2007-2017 and was CEO of Wavechat (2018-2020).
