:D🌎 Down to Earth Hiking Club: Beacon Fire Tower Hike (Moderate difficulty)
We’ll meet at Grand Central (9:15 AM) to catch the 9:40 train to Beacon. From there, it’s a quick one-mile walk through town to the trailhead.
The hike is about 4.5 miles round trip, with a steady climb up to the Beacon Fire Tower for some of the best fall views in the Hudson Valley.
Bring layers, plenty of water, and snacks It’ll be chilly up top and while commuting, but warm while climbing.
Afterward, we’ll head back down and can grab food in town before catching the return train.
