The first ever official session of The Writing Group met on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. It may be one day south of proper, but sticking to Tuesdays... 

Come join us to celebrate our one-year anniversary in a private event space in Dimes Square, February 24, 2026!

Taking a break from our usual format, we will be hosting our first ever formal reading, featuring long-time members of The Writing Group, in fiction and poetry. We will also announce the winner of the 2026 Community Spotlight Award, as voted on by our members (which is still ongoing, cast your write-in ballot at the link).

It's a perfect opportunity to invite a friend or two and finally show them what it is you've been up to all this time. Come get yourself a drink at the bar, listen to some lit, meet some new friends and make plans with some old as we kick off year two with a bang.

Please make sure anyone you want to attend gets their name on the list so the door will let them in!
