Spend the evening learning about Palestinian culture and the art of tatreez. This is a beginner class, but any level is welcome. You will learn how to cross stitch, but mindful of strategy as you tatreez and keep a clean back. We will look at thwab from different regions, talk about motifs by region, and learn about materials needed for tatreez. We will be using a pattern I have pre-selected and all materials will be provided. Palestinian tea and biscuits will be provided too. This event is for anyone 13 years old and over. Your attendance will be pending until the Venmo is received. Link is above, under the address. About the location: We will meet in the Community Room in the Bel Air in Folsom.
