This is a heart forward, hands on, behind the scenes volunteer role for girls who love community, creativity, and helping bring something really special to life ✨
The Friendship Court is a women only, highly structured friendship experience where guests rotate through short one on one conversations designed to help them actually meet new girlfriends. Think intentional seating, guided flow, clear timing, and a warm, welcoming environment where no one feels awkward or left out.
Because the night relies on structure, timing, and care, it takes a thoughtful volunteer team to make it feel seamless for guests.
Volunteering for this event is not just helping the night of. It’s a collaborative, in person, build together experience that starts weeks before the event and leads up to one unforgettable evening.

💐 WHAT YOU’RE VOLUNTEERING FOR
This event is carefully curated from start to finish. Every detail helps guests feel calm, confident, and connected.
As a volunteer, you’ll be part of:
• Craft nights where we cut, assemble, and prep event materials
• Planning check ins so everyone understands the event flow
• On site support during a structured, time based event
• Helping create a warm, grounded, welcoming environment
This is truly a labor of love.
📆 TIME COMMITMENT
Volunteer prep nights begin in January and take place once a week leading up to the event.
You do not need to attend every single volunteer night, but you do need to attend most.
If consistent participation isn’t realistic for you, this role may not be the best fit and that’s completely okay. We’d love to have you attend the event as a guest instead 🤍
✨ THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT
Volunteers attend the event for free in exchange for support.
You’ll still be present with everyone else and get to enjoy the experience, but you may be asked to:
• Help with check in and directing guests
• Assist with timing and smooth transitions
• Answer questions and keep things moving
• Briefly fill an empty seat if someone steps away
• Help reset areas during breaks
• Support the host behind the scenes as needed

By signing up, you’re agreeing that:
• This is a commitment, not a casual hangout
• You’re comfortable guiding people and following structure
• You’ll communicate early if something comes up
• You won’t cancel last minute unless it’s an emergency
