my first solo art show

I'm leaving nyc in early 2026, and I wanted create a gathering intention where I really give gratitude to this beautiful magical city I've spent the past 12 years in, to everyone i've encountered along the way, and where this journey has taken me. This will also be the first time I share publicly in person all the art I've worked on. For context, I grew up playing and listening to music, and worked in tech for 5+ years, but I am someone who never felt connected to my creativity. I also felt like it was for "someone else." The journey of healing and coming home ot myself, made me realize not just the ocean of feels, but also the colors and gifts beneath. And I want to share what this journey have been like for me. I have never been to art school. I don't even know how to write an artist bio. But I felt called to put on this show that feels like an extension not just my expression, but my love and light. The working title is "I have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm doing it anyway" and I mean it. Expect food, drinks, & music on this night. Date, Venue, and everything in between is still a work in progress as I'm figuring things out as I go. But I wanted to invite you along for the process.
