As of 2/19 we currently have TWO spots open, so message me if you are on the waitlist!! Welcome to our February dinner at Maketto! We will be ordering multiple of each item, but think of this like a tasting menu as you will get to try each dish. Expect leftovers. I do NOT recommend this dinner if you are a vegetarian! Our dinner menu will include: Starters: Ginger Chicken Soup Dumplings Sourdough Scallion Pancake Crispy Gruyere Dumplings Spicy Cauliflower Main Dishes: Cambodian Noodle Salad (Chicken AND Veggie) Lo Mein (Pork Shoulder) Wok-Fried Rice Noodles (Veggie) Maketto Fried Chicken Bao Platter with Dry Aged Half Peking Duck Bao platter with Smoked Pork Shoulder Dessert: Mochi Beignets Banana Matcha Tirimisu $45 cost covers the meal, tax, and 20% gratuity (drinks are on your own). If you can no longer make it, please update your RSVP by Wednesday, February 18 and I will arrange with the person taking your spot to refund you accordingly. We have two tables booked, so please await information on whose reservation you are under!
