An Ode to Parents
“Spin Alive” An experimental Remix Band gathers in Cleveland again to support a local benefit.
Music has always been a way for communities to come together, support one another, and show love during difficult times. That’s the spirit behind this event.
We’re gathering to support our friend and community leader, Carasai Ihentuge, owner of Yum Village, whose impact on Cleveland extends far beyond the incredible Afro-Caribbean food he serves. Through his businesses, partnerships, and generosity, Carasai has consistently poured into the people around him and helped strengthen our community.
Earlier this year, Carasai experienced the sudden and heartbreaking loss of his father. As he travels to Nigeria to honor his father and lay him to rest, he is also carrying the responsibilities of maintaining his businesses and supporting his family during this difficult time.
As fellow business owners, artists, and community members, we understand how quickly life can change and how important it is to have people around you when it does. This benefit concert is our opportunity to give back to someone who has given so much to others.
All proceeds from this event will help support Carasai and his family as they navigate this loss and the financial challenges that come with it.
Thank you for being part of a community that shows up for one another. Your presence, support, and generosity truly make a difference.
$15 entry Fee
~ Net profits from this event will be donated to “Carasai Ihentuge“ Gofund me in support of his late father.
In pursuit of men’s health awareness we want to come together as a community to support something larger then ourselves with the power of music.
