It's summer and Saturday Sanctuary is back! 🌞This time in beautiful Prospect Park on the Concert Grove Pavilion! This one is free, our gift to the community.
🌻In this Sanctuary, all are welcome. Come as you are; you are PERFECT. Laugh, cry, get exercise, get deep, get nourished. 🦋
Join us for the potluck picnic (details below), dance, or just chill.
🍍If you feel moved to do so, please bring a *vegan* dish or drink to share with the community.
🌱 We will be partying in, with and as part of nature. Out of respect for mother earth, who supports us everyday, and all her creatures, this peaceful meal is vegan only. That means no animal products, including no dairy, no eggs, no honey. If you have a question if something is acceptable to bring, please message me!
♻️ If you're able, please bring your own re-usable plate/bowl/utensils/cup. We will have some, but let's be as kind to our home as we can be :)
